Scholastic Sports Performance

Youth (10–14) & High School (15+) · All sports, male and female

Training for competitive athletes — long-term development built on age-appropriate strength, speed mechanics and movement architecture.

The Philosophy

Built for the long game.

Sports Performance Training for student-athletes serious about maximizing their athletic potential and playing at the collegiate and/or professional level. Athletes who join group training get an onboarding session for movement and performance assessment. We routinely test progress week to week to measure improvements.

Programs

Age-appropriate development at every stage.

Youth Programs
Ages 10–14

Youth Programs

Reverse Periodization to maximize long-term athletic development by establishing linear/multidirectional speed kinematics, proper weightlifting technique, foundational strength, and kinesthetic awareness utilizing stationary, dynamic, ballistic, and gymnastic-like movements with light weights or bodyweight.

High School / College
Ages 15+

High School / College

Athletes develop foundational strength, then progress to enhanced linear and multidirectional speed training and conjugate-style upper/lower body training splits emulating the collegiate environment.

Combine Training
Recruitable Athletes

Combine Training

Learn combine drill technique and develop kinetics by building strength and explosiveness to run quality combine scores at college camps and help get recruited — 40-yard dash, vertical and broad jumps, pro-agility, L-drill and more.

The Four Pillars

The architecture behind every athlete we build.

Foundation
01

Foundation

Squat, hinge, push, pull, brace and land — coached every rep.

Speed
02

Speed

Acceleration, top-end mechanics, change of direction and deceleration.

Capacity
03

Capacity

Energy-system work calibrated to the athlete's sport season.

Education
04

Education

Recovery, sleep, nutrition and training literacy for life.

Components

Every piece of the performance equation.

Speed + Agility
01

Speed + Agility

Develop the linear and multi-directional speed kinetics and kinematics.

Plyometrics
02

Plyometrics

Explosive jump training and technique, and rate of force development.

Strength & Conditioning
03

Strength & Conditioning

Physical development through proper weightlifting technique, energy system development, and progressive overload via safe, scientific programming to prepare the athlete for the demands of their sport.

Injury Prevention
04

Injury Prevention

Strengthen and mobilize the support (foot/ankle/knee), suspension (hips/trunk), and trunk/spine systems. Identify deficiencies from assessment and prescribe athlete-specific corrective exercises.

Mobility, Flexibility & Recovery
05

Mobility, Flexibility & Recovery

Increase joint range of motion and muscle elasticity to maintain optimal biomechanics, enhance movement, and prevent injury. Recovery protocols matched to the load endured in acute sessions.

Customized Nutrition & Workouts
06

Customized Nutrition & Workouts

Nutritional guidance and workouts tailored to the athlete's goals and sport. Off-season and in-season programming, plus take-home workouts for non-training days.

Video Analysis
07

Video Analysis

Break down sprint and weightlifting technique on video. Analyze game film to identify training goals.

Outcomes

What athletes leave with.

  • Verified strength gains
  • Faster 10/20/40 splits
  • Reduced injury risk
  • College-ready athletes
